Request a fixed price siting & tender
After the design and inclusions have been discussed, it’s time to request a fixed price siting and tender for the construction of your new home. We will do all the paperwork for you including arranging a soil test, contour survey, site inspection, planning, and pricing.
Review your plans & pricing
Once you receive the Tender, check and review all the information provided. This is the stage where any final changes needs to be made before proceeding to prepare all the relevant contract documentation.
Finalise the details
Once you’re happy with the plans, Casalina will arrange to start the approvals process either with the Council or Complying Development Private Certifier.
Get the colour you’ve always wanted
It’s time to decide the internal and external colours of your dream home. Casalina will help you discuss colour options to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with the design you’ve chosen.
Lodge for approval
We would prepare and lodge your future dream home for Council or Private Certifier and Developer approval and update you once approved. We would also make the necessary changes to your paperwork and plans including your updated colour selection and/or any home upgrades you may have selected. Once all the paperwork is done, we will help liaise with your bank to discuss everything they may need to commence construction.
Get the materials
Casalina will order the materials needed in order to bring your dream home to life from our trusted trades and suppliers.
Construction commences
Now all you have to do is wait and watch your dream home come to life. Your site supervisor will constantly update you with the construction of your home

Site appraisal
Before anything else, our experienced team would need to inspect your intended build site in order to assess and better understand the scope of work required for your home.
New home tender acceptance
Our team will prepare initial home plans including itemised costing, upgrades (if any) for you to review.
Contract signing & council acceptance
Upon your approval of the Tender, it’s time to proceed with contract signing in order fr us to commence with lodging the required paperwork needed for Council approval.
Demolition
Our trusted demolition partners will start the demolition of your new home once all the paperwork is done.
